Protection level and structural design

The whole machine adopts high-level anti-corrosion and anti-rust treatment, with a protection level of IP54 or higher (IP65 is optional), which can effectively resist rain, dust and salt spray erosion, and can operate stably in coastal areas and alpine areas. The high and low voltage separation structure is adopted inside the base, which not only improves safety but also effectively prevents electromagnetic interference.

 

Cooling system innovation

To deal with the heat generated by high-power charging, we adopt an independent air duct design and an intelligent temperature-controlled fan. This design not only achieves efficient heat dissipation and ensures that the power module always operates in the optimal temperature range, but also controls the operating noise to an extremely low level (<65dB) through fluid dynamics optimization to avoid noise pollution to the surrounding environment for the inverter battery box cabinet.

 

Core components

The internal power module uses high-performance SiC (silicon carbide) or third-generation IGBT technology, with a conversion efficiency of over 96%. This means less energy loss and lower operating costs. At the same time, the key components, such as contactors and circuit breakers, we choose are from international first-tier brands, ensuring the reliability and long life of the electrical connections for High-power DC charging.
