Full process quality control: From raw material IQC to finished product OQC, PPAP standards are implemented. Key processes are tested by WAIDA grinder (accuracy 0.002mm) and CEISS three-coordinate measuring machine (accuracy 0.0007mm), and the finished product qualification rate is ≥98.5%.
