This Copper Pipe End Cap and Fuze Terminal with a hole is mainly used for cylindrical ceramic fuse which is applied in fast protection of overload and short circuits in Electrical Vehicle Capacitors, New Energy Vehicle Charging Piles, Battery Circuits, DC circuits Photovoltaic, Power Grid, Communication ect.
The L-type fuze terminal and end cap are made of copper which performs excellent conductivity, good corrosion resistance and good welding performance. The outer cap with a hole is riveted together with an L-type terminal and braze welded. The welding drawing force is not less than 7N/M, solder temperature is not less than 200 degrees Celsius. The finished product will be tin-plated or silver-plated as per customer requirements.
