TOOLING FOR CAPS

We are experienced in mold design and it takes about 25-30 days from mold design to complete .The tooling material  for fuse blade contact is imported tungsten steel. Tungsten steel has excellent properties such as high hardness, wear resistance, strength and toughness, heat resistance and corrosion resistance, especially its high hardness and wear resistance, even at 500℃ is basically unchanged, still has a high hardness at 1000℃.The life of tungsten steel mold is more than ten times or even dozens of times of steel mold.
