This Electrical Fuse Components is made of tin plating copper.These fuse components are used as end terminal for all kinds of bolted DC Fuses.DC Fuse mainly used in DC combiner box in solar PV systems. When PV panel or inverter caused overload or short circuit, it trip off immediately, to protect PV panels, DC fuse also used to protect other electrical parts in DC circuit, when overload or short circuit.

PRODUCT PROCESS
The T2Y2 copper caps are stamped by not less than 70 tons punching machine.The knife-shaped contacts are stamped by not less than 35 tons punching machine.
Two accessories are press riveted before welding.The welding joint is smooth and horizontal torque of contact knife is not less than 6N*M.
Last tin-plated,silver plated or as customer requirement.
To ensure stable quality,during the stamping process,the key sizes of inner diameter and outer diameter of the caps,the angle,length and other important sizes of knife-shape contacts are required to be first inspected, and the inspection frequency is 20 minutes/time.

From raw materials to finished caps, all processes include mould design,stamping,welding, testing are finished in our factory. Only the plating is finished by our supplier 5km near our factory.

Sep1: Put the end caps contacts into PE bag;
Sep2: Hot sealed the bag when The quantity is enough;
Sep3:Fill the outer box with a bubble pad;
Sep4: Put the packed products into the outer box and seal it;
Sep5:Attach the right label on the upper left corner of the outer container.
Sep6:Put the cartons on pallet and wrap with stretch film.
