Surface Treatment
There are three types of surface treatments for BusBar Copper. Bright tin plating, matte tin plating, nickel plating, and ultrasonic cleaning.
Coating thickness
The coating thickness of Power BusBar is generally 3 μ m to 12 μ m, but can be customized according to customer requirements.
Insulation options
BusBar Copper has the following five insulation options.
(1) PET insulation paper (from brands such as GTS in the United States and KREMPEL in Germany, with white or milky white colors)
(2) PVC dipping (orange and green are the most popular colors)
(3) Epoxy powder coating (orange, green, and gray are the most popular colors)
(4) PE heat shrink tubing (orange, green, black, red, and yellow are the most popular colors)
Flame retardant/fire-resistant: UL94-V-0 or according to your requirements;
(5) PA66 plastic shell (white, gray, etc. are the most popular colors)
