Raw material procurement and inspection First of all, kaolin, feldspar, quartz and other raw materials are screened and tested to ensure that the purity and quality of raw materials meet the production requirements. Various raw materials are mixed according to the precise formula ratio to form a uniform ceramic raw material mixture. In this process, advanced mixing equipment is used to ensure that the raw materials are mixed fully and evenly.
Molding The mixed ceramic raw materials are molded through the mold. According to the design shape and size of the ceramic body of the NH fuse, select the appropriate mold. The forming methods include dry pressing and isostatic pressing to ensure the shape accuracy and density uniformity of the ceramic body. In the forming process, the pressure, temperature and other parameters are strictly controlled to ensure the stable quality of the ceramic body after forming.
Desiccation After forming the ceramic body contains a certain amount of water, need to be dried. The body is placed in the drying chamber, the drying temperature and humidity are controlled, and the water in the body is slowly removed. The drying process needs to be precisely controlled to avoid problems such as cracking of the billet due to excessive drying speed.
Fire The dried ceramic body is sent to a high temperature kiln for firing. The firing temperature depends on the formula of the ceramic material, which is generally between several hundred degrees Celsius and more than one thousand degrees Celsius. During the firing process, a series of physical and chemical changes take place inside the body to form a dense ceramic structure. In the firing process, it is necessary to strictly control the temperature, atmosphere and other parameters of the kiln to ensure that the quality of the fired ceramic body meets the requirements.
Quality Control The fired ceramic body may require some processing, such as cutting, grinding, etc., to achieve the final dimensional accuracy requirements. Then the ceramic body is comprehensively tested, including appearance inspection (such as whether there are cracks, pores and other defects), insulation performance testing, mechanical performance testing, etc. Only qualified ceramic bodies can enter the next process or leave the factory as finished products.
