production process

 

1. Raw material preparation: First, you need to select suitable raw materials, including ceramic powder, rare earth elements, metal elements, etc., which are the basic components of Fuse Casings Ceramic.

7. Performance test: The sintered ceramic body needs to be tested for performance, including mechanical strength test and thermal shock resistance test, to ensure that it meets the use requirements of high-break fuses.

 

8. Quality inspection: The appearance and internal quality of the ceramic body are inspected to ensure that there are no defects such as cracks, bubbles, etc., to ensure the reliability of the product.

 

9. Assembly: Qualified Electrical Alumina Ceramic Fused Body will be used to assemble fuses and assembled into complete fuse products together with other components such as fuse wires, electrodes, etc.
