PROCESSING TECHNOLOGY

- Material Selection: The material selected for the Electrical Fuse Outer End Caps should have good insulating performance, mechanical strength, temperature resistance, moisture resistance and other properties.

PRODUCT INSPECTION
Appearance Inspection:

Dimensional Inspection:
Dimensional inspection mainly includes checking the length, diameter, thickness and other dimensions of the outer end cover to ensure that it meets the design requirements.
Material Inspection
Material inspection mainly includes confirming the material type and quality of the outer end cover to ensure that it meets the performance requirements of the fuse.
Terminal Inspection
Terminal inspection mainly includes confirming whether the connection between the inner and outer conductor terminals of the outer end cover is correct and secure. The inspector also needs to check the terminal connections for any damage or looseness.
PACKAGING METHOD

- Package the product in PE bags, each containing 800 pieces.
- Seal the bag once the required packing quantity is reached.
- Place the bagged items into a standard carton box, sealing the box with a total of 4000 pieces.
- Attach the correct label to the carton and then place it onto a pallet.
