This Fuse Copper Knife socket is made of pure red copper belt. The technology process for this socket base is a little difficult.The single weight is up to 78g. Because the T2 sheet is 2.5mm thickness. All the processes twisting, punching, forming and tapping in the one mold, with stable sizes and high production efficiency.Then this part will be tinned-plated.Usually 2 fuse knife are used together, an upper socket knife and a down socket knife, the size is a little different.These two socket are used together for ceramic NH Fuse which widely applied in overload and short-circuit protection and electrical installation.

Tungsten steel has many excellent properties such as high hardness, wear resistance, strength and toughness, heat resistance and corrosion resistance, especially its high hardness and wear resistance, even at 500℃ is basically unchanged, still has a high hardness at 1000℃.The life of tungsten steel mold is more than ten times or even dozens of times of steel mold.
