This down socket electronic base contact is made of T2 2.5mm thickness copper sheet.The down socket is longer than up socket. All the processes twisting, punching, forming and tapping in the one mold, with stable sizes and high production efficiency.Usually 2 piece of sockets are used together, an upper socket and a down socket, the size is a little different.These two socket are used together for Porcelain Electric Brown Fuse which are connected with the incoming feeder of the distribution transformer or distribution lines. These are primary used to protect transformers or lines from short circuits and overloads and switching currents.

PRODUCT PROCESS

These two parts are adopted environment friendly electroplating process with tinned-plating.This Tin plating process through 10 steps: electroplating pretreatment - cleaning - pickling - activation - tin plating - cleaning - neutralizing agent - cleaning - dehydration.The purpose of electroplating pretreatment is to make the copper socket’s surface thoroughly clean, improve the adhesion between the coating and the red copper socket, and prepare for electroplating.After electroplating pretreatment, there is no residual glue, burr, oil stain and oxide on the surface of the sockets.The socket contact has no rust and spots on its surface after 48 hours of 5% salt spray test. Electroplating adhesion requirements oven 180℃ after 30 minutes without peeling, blistering.

2/Put the product in carton with 200pcs;

3/Sealed the carton;

4/Attach right tag on the carton and finally put onto pallet;

5/Last we wrap the pallet with film to protect it from moisture.
