Stamping: During the punching process, multiple welding holes and soft connections are formed on the aluminum flexible busbar.

Ultrasonic cleaning: Including oil removal cleaning, alkaline water cleaning, soaking cleaning and water cleaning to remove oil stains and surface reflections on flexible busbar.

Reduction treatment: Put the product into a heating furnace and heat it at a certain temperature for a period of time to enhance the

electrical conductivity and mechanical properties of the material.

Molecular diffusion welding pressure forming: Molecular diffusion welding technology is used for welding to ensure the firmness and electrical performance of the connection.
