Products process

Casting: For large aluminum flexible busbars, they may be manufactured through a casting process, where the metal is melted and poured into a mold to cool and form.
Cooling and smoothing: The formed product needs to be cold processed to remove burrs and smooth them to ensure smooth contact surfaces and reduce resistance.
Welding connection: If multiple sections of busbars need to be combined, welding or crimping may be used to connect them to ensure electrical performance.
Surface treatment: Perform anti-corrosion treatment on the product, such as tin plating, spray painting, etc., to extend its service life.
Assembly inspection: After completing all processes, strict electrical performance and mechanical strength tests will be conducted to ensure compliance with standards.
Stamping: During the punching process, multiple welding holes and soft connections are formed on the aluminum flexible busbar.
Ultrasonic cleaning: Including oil removal cleaning, alkaline water cleaning, soaking cleaning and water cleaning to remove oil stains and surface reflections on flexible busbar.
Reduction treatment: Put the product into a heating furnace and heat it at a certain temperature for a period of time to enhance the
electrical conductivity and mechanical properties of the material.
