At room temperature of 20 ℃, for every meter of conductor length, we strictly control the DC impedance of EV Bus Bars within the range of 0.001 to 0.01 Ω. Taking a copper bar with a cross-sectional area of 50mm ² as an example, it can sustain a current of 200 to 300A under conditions of 40 ℃ ambient temperature and excellent heat dissipation design. In actual selection, it is necessary to combine the actual load requirements of the motor controller and battery pack, and rigorously calculate the specifications of the busbar to ensure that it meets the thermal management requirements of the entire vehicle.
