Precision Machining of the Conductive Layer: Based on the Automotive BusBar design drawings and the compatibility requirements of the film capacitor, the copper/aluminum materials are processed using fully automated stamping and CNC technology. Dimensional accuracy is controlled (tolerance ±0.1-±0.3mm), and burrs are removed to ensure the conductive layer meets assembly and transmission requirements.

Insulation Layer Lamination and Forming: Using a constant temperature and pressure process, the PI film is precisely laminated onto the surface and between layers of the conductive layer, ensuring a tight and undamaged bond. The insulation layer thickness is controlled, and adhesion is tested to guarantee the BusBar automotive's insulation performance meets standards.

Protective Layer Coating: Standardized spraying or coating processes are used to evenly cover the outermost layer of the Automotive Ground BusBar with engineering plastics/special coatings. Thickness is controlled to ensure complete coverage, improving the product's wear and corrosion resistance and protecting the internal structure.

Finished Product Assembly and Testing: The multi-layered composite structure of the EV Capacitor Busbar undergoes curing treatment to ensure tight connections between layers. All finished products undergo comprehensive testing to identify structural and insulation issues. Defective products are reworked to ensure product performance meets standards.
