This Aluminium Alloy Contact and Copper Welding Knife Assembly for EV Fast Fuse Links is made of red copper and link plate is made of Zinc-based aluminium alloy. Zinc-aluminum alloy has good conductivity, the conductivity is close to H62, conductivity ＞28% (IACS), more than ordinary H59 lead brass.The alloy can be used for high speed cutting and deep cutting, chip is easy to break, the tool wear is equivalent to and 60/40 brass.The surface of the alloy after processing is smooth and clean with high precision and the processing efficiency of lead brass more than 75%.Material cost is only about 60% of HPB59-1,and lighter with material proportion only about 70% of HPB59-1.The cost of the same finished product is only equivalent to 40% of the cost of lead brass.

The fuse link plate is adopted die casting process.This link plate is riveted with knife-type terminal together for blown fuse.These fuses have strong current limiting ability, high breaking ability and other characteristics, suitable for protection and isolation of photo-voltaic bus-box and isolation switch.
