This fuse terminal is made of H65 brass belt.This terminal contact is usually used with the brass cap after assembly and welding.The assembly are used for bolted connection all range of low-voltage,medium-voltage, high-voltage fuse, fast speed fusible links.It is widedly used in EV industry applications, battery, energy storage capacitor, variable frequency controller, charger, wire and other automotive components and equipment of short-circuit, overload and backup protection.
Brass has strong wear resistance, high strength, hardness, chemical corrosion resistance.And the mechanical properties of cutting are also outstanding, brass has excellent electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, ductility, often used in communication, chemistry and mold processing industry.
The state of material directly affects the performance of parts.All the raw materials must be inspected strictly in accordance with the "Incoming material Inspection operation Instructions" before storage.Inspection items for brass raw materials include: composition, hardness, thickness, width and appearance.

1/Put this caps electrical terminal into PE bags with 800 pcs.
2/Sealed when meet packing quantity requirement;
3/Put the bag-packed cap terminal in standard carton box and sealed with total 4000pcs.
4/Attach right tag on the carton and finally put onto pallet.
5/Last we wrap the pallet with film to protect it from moisture.
