TotalEnergies Commissions 25 MWh of Safe Energy Storage in France
TotalEnergies commissioned a 25 MWh battery storage plant on its Carling platform. The largest storage site in France with 61 MWh of storage capacity after the start of operations in Dunkirk, Carling is the second site to be built for AOLT, in response to grid stability and electricity in France during peak electricity consumption periods, especially during winter supply demand. Consists of 11 lithium-ion battery containers, designed and assembled by Saft, TotalEnergies' battery subsidiary.
We focus on aluminum casings, aluminum covers, and other structural parts for power and energy storage lithium batteries, with a daily output of 50,000 sets, 5 million sets of PACK soft connections per year, and 150,000 sets of automotive filters per year. We are a high-tech enterprise integrating R&D and manufacturing of molds.
