If T2 soft copper strip conductors are used for Flexible Insulated Copper Busbars, they can be divided into two types: bare copper and tin plated copper. Conventional copper strip specifications include more than ten types such as 9X0.8, with 2-12 stacked layers; The braided soft connection used for automotive high-voltage battery packs is made of copper substrate with a tin coating thickness of 0.5-1.0 μ m and a thin plate thickness of 0.25mm ± 0.02.

Insulation layer parameters
The insulation layer of Copper Braided Flexible Connectors mainly uses special PVC and low smoke halogen-free TPE materials, and the TPE insulation layer is mostly black/orange; TPE insulation sheath is preferred for woven soft connections used in automotive high-voltage battery packs, and 0.15mm thick mica tape is used when fire-resistant is required.

Flexible Braided Custom Connectors currently do not have a globally exclusive production standard. The United States borrows UL758 electronic wire standard certification, while domestic production mostly refers to GB/T5023 insulated cable standards and UL758 electronic wire standards.
