Product Introduction

Press-Welded Connectors are not a simple mechanical compression, but a precisely controlled axial pressure is applied through special tooling, causing controllable plastic deformation at the interface between the connector and the connected conductor (copper bar, aluminum bar or plated conductor), breaking the surface oxide film of several microns, and forming a continuous solid bonding layer in which metal bonds are embedded in each other.
