It can be tightly shrink wrapped on the surface of the busbar when heated, providing all round protection for the busbar.

High insulation resistance
The heat shrinkable tube busbar has extremely high insulation resistance. For example, the insulation resistance can reach more than 10¹⁴Ω·cm at normal temperature, which effectively prevents current leakage and ensures the safe operation of the busbar in high voltage environments.
Excellent dielectric strength
The dielectric strength reaches 20kV/mm, which can withstand high electric field intensity without breakdown, providing a reliable insulation barrier for the busbar.


Good fit
After heating, it can fit perfectly with the busbar surface without bubbles or gaps, effectively preventing dust, moisture, corrosive gases, etc. from intruding into the busbar and protecting the busbar from external environmental factors.
Mechanically reliable

Installation guide
| Preparation | Make sure the busbar surface is clean, dry, and free of oil, dust, oxides and other impurities. Select the heat shrinkable tube busbar of appropriate specifications according to the size of the busbar. The inner diameter of the heat shrinkable tube busbar should be slightly larger than the outer diameter of the busbar. |
| Heat Shrinkage | Use a heat gun, oven, or other suitable heating device to heat the heat shrink tubing busbar. When heating, start from one end and move the heating equipment slowly and evenly to gradually shrink the heat shrink tube busbar. The heating temperature should be controlled between 120℃ - 150℃ to avoid local overheating. |
| Check And Adjust | After the heating shrinkage is completed, check whether the heat shrinkable tube busbar completely fits the surface of the busbar. If there are bubbles or unfitted parts, additional heating can be applied to make adjustments. |
Regularly check the appearance of the heat shrink tube busbar to see if there is any damage, aging, discoloration, etc. If problems are found, they should be replaced in time. When maintaining, inspecting or operating the busbar, avoid scratching the heat shrink tube busbar with sharp objects to avoid affecting its insulation and protective performance.
