The production of Laminated Bus Bar for Computers requires strict raw material inspection of conductive materials (copper or aluminum) and insulating materials (PET or PI) to ensure that their quality meets production requirements. Then, according to the design specifications, CNC punching machines and laser cutting machines are used to cut the conductive layer and insulating layer. The cut layers of materials are laminated in a laminator in a predetermined order. The formed busbars also undergo cleaning, surface treatment and other processes, and finally undergo electrical performance testing and appearance inspection.
