Layered Conductive Layout
Employing a 2-8 layer parallel layout of high-purity copper foil/copper busbars, with precise interlayer spacing controlled between 0.1-0.5mm, and isolated from signal lines via positive and negative busbars, significantly reducing distributed inductance and parasitic capacitance. This design is compatible with the high-frequency switching characteristics of SiC and IGBTs, achieving high current sharing, reducing localized overheating, and ensuring stable and efficient power transmission in the electric drive system.
High-Performance Insulation System
Utilizing PI or epoxy resin insulating film as the core insulation layer, with a thickness customized from 0.05-0.2mm according to voltage rating, and a breakdown voltage ≥15kV/mm, meeting the high-voltage requirements of 800V and above. Vacuum hot-pressing ensures a tight, gapless bond between the insulation and conductive layers, resisting temperature cycling and vibration shocks, eliminating the risk of interlayer peeling and insulation breakdown.
Customized Terminal Interfaces
The end terminals are made of high-purity copper, the same material as the conductive layer, and are integrally stamped and welded. Various structures can be customized according to customer drawings. Terminal tolerance is ≤±0.02mm, ensuring seamless connection between the Transportation Locomotive Power BusBar and various components of the electric drive system, reducing installation steps and contact resistance, and lowering the probability of failure.
