Mainframe BusBar are designed to address the needs for efficient conductivity, stable connection, and safety protection in high-voltage, high-current scenarios. They are widely compatible with high-voltage power systems in new energy vehicles, photovoltaic energy storage, distribution cabinets, and rail transit. Made from high-purity conductive substrates and precision-machined, these products exhibit low impedance, high current carrying capacity, impact resistance, and corrosion resistance. Their technical compatibility, long-term reliability, manufacturing consistency, and supply stability directly impact engineering procurement and system operation. Electrical Performance: Resistance ≤0.00001Ω at 20℃; load voltage 3500VDC-5000VDC; current 100A-2000A; suitable for new energy high-voltage platforms and other scenarios; current-carrying stability is 30% better than conventional busbars; the insulation layer version has an insulation resistance ≥1500MΩ and dielectric strength ≥30kV/mm, preventing high-voltage breakdown and ensuring the transmission safety of large host busbars.

 

Dimensioning: Length, width, and thickness can be customized according to customer PDF/CAD/3D drawings, with tolerance ≤±0.05mm. Customization of irregular shapes and multiple interfaces is supported; end accuracy ≤±0.03mm; surface roughness Ra≤0.8μm; adaptable to equipment terminal connections, meeting the precision installation requirements of large host busbars.

 

Environmental Performance: Operating temperature -40℃~150℃, salt spray resistance ≥120 hours, conforms to IEC 60068-2-6 vibration standard, tensile strength ≥280MPa, elongation ≥20%, suitable for outdoor and high-temperature conditions, ensuring long-term stable operation of large main unit busbars.

 

Supply and Testing: Free samples of 1-10 pieces (10-20 day lead time), bulk orders 7-10 day lead time, monthly production capacity 50 million pieces; each piece undergoes precise testing, data is traceable, and it has passed ISO9001 and other certifications, suitable for engineering bulk procurement and quality control.

Customization process
01/

Drawing and Requirements Confirmation:The customer provides PDF/CAD/3D drawings of the large host Transportation Locomotive Power BusBar, clearly specifying the dimensions, structure, substrate, surface protection process, and electrical parameters. They can also describe the application scenario, which will help us match the precision machining process.

Process and Price Assessment: Leveraging 30 years of electrical experience and multi-process advantages, combined with precision standards such as ±0.05mm dimensional tolerances for Traffic Tram Electric BusBar, we analyze the feasibility of the drawings, calculate costs, and provide a quotation. Samples and estimated bulk delivery dates are provided simultaneously.

Sample Order and Mold Initiation: After price confirmation, the client places a sample order and prepays 50% of the mold fee. We utilize our own mold workshop to initiate mold production for the precision forming of the Web Server BusBar, strictly controlling accuracy to avoid sample deviations.

Sample Production and Inspection: After mold forming, 1-10 free Industrial Frequency Converter BusBar samples will be produced according to customized requirements. Following core processes such as substrate pretreatment and precision molding, samples will undergo comprehensive testing for resistance and dimensional accuracy. The samples, along with the test report, will be sent to the customer for testing.

Sample Acceptance and Mass Production Start-up: After the customer confirms that the sample is compatible with the equipment terminals and meets electrical performance standards, they will pay the remaining mold fee, place a mass order, and pay a 30% prepayment. Leveraging our monthly production capacity of 50 million units, we will initiate mass production and manage consistency using an SPC system.

Mass Production Testing and Shipment: After mass production is completed, comprehensive testing will ensure compliance with customized requirements and standards such as ISO9001. After the customer pays the balance, the BusBar for Transformer samples will be delivered to the designated address using engineering-grade packaging, with full logistics tracking.
