Product Introduction

Modular PLC Cabinet are integrated control cabinets for programmable logic controllers. Unlike traditional fixed PLC cabinets, they adopt a standardized modular framework with separate functional modules. They can be flexibly configured according to the voltage level, control points, communication protocols, and protection level requirements of new energy and power electronics projects, achieving plug-and-play functionality, rapid expansion, and convenient operation and maintenance. From material selection and manufacturing processes to quality control, this product is built with engineering-grade long-term reliability in mind. Structural composition
Main Load-Bearing Frame Unit
The core load-bearing structure of the cabinet is assembled using 25mm modular nine-fold profiles, combined with high-strength corner brackets and reinforced beams. The overall load-bearing capacity is 80-150kg, stably supporting various PLCs and heavy electrical components. It supports both floor-standing and wall-mounted installations, and has pre-drilled holes for parallel cabinet deployment. The profiles are treated with anti-slip and anti-static materials, and the bottom is equipped with adjustable feet. Optional casters are available for easy on-site positioning and calibration, suitable for uneven industrial environments.
Electrical Integration Unit
The core functional area of the cabinet adopts a strong and weak current separation layout. Customized processing flow
Drawing Comparison and Process Assessment: The client provides CAD/PDF/3D structural and electrical drawings of the modular PLC cabinet. Sample Order and Mold Prepayment: After both parties confirm the quotation and technical solution, the client places a sample order and pays a 50% prepayment for the mold. Our company then initiates the preparation of dedicated sheet metal molds and tooling fixtures for the cabinet, ensuring consistency in precision between the sample and the mass-produced products.
Mold Development and Sample Testing: Leveraging our own mold and full-process workshop, we quickly complete mold development, simultaneously processing, assembling, and performing basic electrical debugging on cabinet samples. We provide 1-20 free samples for the client to test structural compatibility, electrical performance, and on-site installation effects.
Sample Acceptance and Bulk Order Placement: After the customer confirms the sample is acceptable, they settle the remaining 50% mold fee, place a bulk order, and pay a 30% prepayment. Both parties finalize the cabinet specifications, quantity, protection requirements, and delivery cycle.
Mass Production and Quality Control: We initiate mass production according to the agreed delivery date, independently completing sheet metal work, bending, welding, electrical wiring, and overall machine testing. We strictly adhere to ISO9001 and IATF16949 quality control systems, keeping pace with the customer's production schedule.
Final Payment and Logistics Receipt: After product production, testing, and protective packaging are completed, the customer settles the remaining 70% payment. We deliver the goods to the designated logistics address, tracking the logistics status throughout the process until the customer signs for the goods.

Packaging and Transportation
