Full-scenario protection level

Modular PLC Cabinet adopts an IP55 protection design, with an optional IP65 high-protection version. It is made of 304 stainless steel or thickened cold-rolled steel plate, and the surface is treated with double phosphating + electrostatic spraying. It has corrosion resistance, salt spray resistance, dustproof and waterproof performance, adapting to special energy storage installation environments such as outdoor, coastal, high temperature and high humidity.

Stable operation in a wide temperature range

The temperature control system is optimized, integrating intelligent fans and semiconductor cooling modules. Compact PLC Cabinet supports stable operation in a wide temperature range of -30℃ to 75℃, which can resist the local high temperature generated during the charging and discharging process of the energy storage system and avoid equipment failures caused by temperature fluctuations.

High-voltage safety protection

Aiming at the high-voltage characteristics of energy storage systems, it has built-in high-voltage isolation modules, leakage detection devices and insulation monitoring systems. The Automation Panel Cabinet adopts a double-layer grounding structure with a grounding resistance ≤ 0.1Ω, effectively preventing high-voltage electric shock and electrical short-circuit risks, and complying with energy storage industry safety standards such as IEC 61850 and GB/T 36548.

Anti-vibration and anti-interference design

The Industrial Panel Cabinet is equipped with shockproof and reinforced brackets, and the internal components adopt anti-vibration fixed structures. At the same time, it has an EMC electromagnetic compatibility design, which can resist electromagnetic interference inside the energy storage system and external power grid fluctuations, ensuring stable transmission of control signals.

It realizes functions such as precise regulation of charging and discharging power, SOC (State of Charge) state control, and peak-valley electricity price response. It can automatically adjust the charging and discharging strategy according to grid load and electricity price fluctuations, improving energy storage benefits.

 

Accurate data collection and analysis

PLC System Enclosure integrates a multi-channel data collection module to collect key parameters such as battery voltage, current, temperature, SOC, SOH (State of Health) in real time, as well as PCS operating status and power grid parameters. The sampling frequency can reach the millisecond level, ensuring the accuracy and real-time performance of data collection.

 

Predictive fault early warning

Equipped with an intelligent diagnosis algorithm, Electrical System Cabinet can early warn potential problems such as battery abnormalities, circuit faults, and heat dissipation failures by analyzing equipment operation data and historical fault records. It sends an audible and visual alarm and pushes it to the remote management platform, reserving sufficient processing time for operation and maintenance personnel and reducing the risk of unplanned downtime.

Flexible expansion architecture The Standard PLC Cabinet adopts a 25mm modular mounting hole array, and the PLC rack supports modular expansion. According to the capacity scale and functional requirements of the energy storage project, I/O modules, communication modules, and signal collection modules can be flexibly added without reconstructing the cabinet structure, reducing project expansion costs.
Customized functional configuration According to the needs of different energy storage scenarios, Modular PLC Cabinet control logic and functional modules can be customized, such as black start control modules for off-grid energy storage systems, collaborative scheduling modules for microgrid systems, and peak-valley arbitrage control modules for industrial and commercial energy storage, accurately matching project requirements.
Standardized wiring design The internal adopts separate wiring for strong and weak electricity, equipped with flame-retardant wire slots and clearly marked terminal blocks.
