1.1 Material and Features
Material: 1.5mm high-quality cold-rolled steel plate (surface electrostatic spraying, corrosion resistance up to C5 level)
Structure: Modular design, support front and back/left and right expansion splicing, compatible with 19-inch standard equipment.
Heat dissipation: Dual fan group on the top + honeycomb ventilation mesh, supports hot-swappable redundant power supply.

(2) Welding process: Robot argon arc welding (weld strength ≥ 90% of parent material), 100% penetrant flaw detection;
(3) Surface treatment: 7 pre-treatment processes (degreasing-water washing-pickling-surface conditioning-phosphating-passivation-drying) to ensure coating adhesion;
(4) Assembly quality inspection: full-size three-dimensional coordinate measuring machine (accuracy 0.01mm) + load bearing test (pressure test 20% over the design value).
