Production process
Prepare materials
First, prepare the melting tube, melting piece, inner tube cap and outer tube cap. Each end of the melting tube is provided with a first groove and a second groove, which will be used for subsequent closing and pressure point reinforcement.

The cap is put on both ends of the melting tube to provide structural support for the melting tube and prepare for subsequent welding work.
Melt welding
The melting piece is passed through the melting tube and welded to the brass end cap at both ends. This step is a key link in the manufacture of fuses to ensure that the connection between the melting piece and the inner tube cap is firm.
Filling of insulating filler
Before assembling the inner end cap, the insulating filler needs to be poured into the melting tube to ensure the insulation performance of the fuse.

Closing and pressure point reinforcement

Subsequent processing
Print, inspect and package the brass inner cap after pressure point reinforcement to complete the entire production process.
