packaging & transportation
1. Qualified inspection.
Before packaging, the fuse contact caps must first be quality inspected to ensure that all products meet production standards and specifications. Inspection items include appearance inspection (no cracks, defects), size inspection, material quality, and performance testing. Only qualified contact caps will enter the subsequent packaging steps, and unqualified products will be eliminated.
2. Plastic bag packaging.
Qualified tin plated copper end caps will be placed in plastic bags individually or in batches for preliminary packaging. The function of plastic bags is to prevent products from getting damp, contaminated, or slightly damaged by friction during transportation. The quantity in each bag should be determined according to export requirements or customer needs, and ensure that the products in the bag are not damaged by external forces.
3. Carton packaging.
Put the copper caps packed in plastic bags in a sturdy carton. The carton must meet export standards, and double-layer or triple-layer corrugated cartons are usually selected to enhance its load-bearing and pressure-resistant capabilities. The layout in the carton should be reasonable to avoid product damage due to excessive squeezing or collision during transportation. An appropriate amount of cushioning material (such as foam, air cushion, etc.) can be added to the carton to ensure that the products are stable and safe during transportation.
4. Pallet stacking.
After the cartons are packed, they are neatly placed on pallets in the prescribed stacking method. Pallets help to improve the stability of the packaging and facilitate loading and unloading. The stacking height and weight of each pallet should comply with export transportation regulations to avoid crushing during stacking. When stacking, make sure the cartons are stable and use strapping or other fixing measures to prevent the cartons from sliding or collapsing during transportation.
