2. Pickling: Use acid solution to remove scale and rust on the surface of steel and clean the metal surface. Commonly used acid solutions include sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acid, nitric acid, etc., among which sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid are the most commonly used.

 

3. Welding: Use automatic printing machines and automated welding equipment to weld the outer cap and the contact knife into components. The welding efficiency is high, the stability is good, the welding is seamless, and the appearance is beautiful.

 

4. Grinding: Use a grinder to treat the surface of the new energy fuse to improve the finish and precision of the product.

 

5. Riveting: Use an electric small punch for riveting, which has the characteristics of light size, high production efficiency, simple operation, low noise, high precision, etc., and is particularly suitable for factory buildings and workshops in high-rise buildings.

 

6. Sorting and packaging: The products are 100% visually inspected manually. After passing the inspection, they are packaged in vacuum packaging bags to effectively avoid surface scratches caused by collision and friction between products.

Silver plating

Silver plating is a surface treatment method with good decorative and anti-corrosion effects.
