This outer caps are stamped by mold with production efficiency 50-60pcs/min. They are usually tin plating,fog tin plating or silver-plating or as customer’s requirement.Silver plating is generally used to enhance the electrical conductivity of caps,improve conductive contact impedance and enhance signal transmission.(Silver has the best properties, oxidizes easily and conducts electricity when oxidized).There are 9 processes in pickling: pretreatment of pickling - washing with hot water - washing with flowing water-- first step pickling - -washing with flowing water -- second step pickling - -oxidation protection agent -- washing with flowing water - -spin-drying.
