structural design

In terms of physical structure, the size of the charging compartment is required to be no more than 450mm wide, no more than 400mm high, and no more than 500mm deep. Each charging bin must have a power monitoring function (with a monitoring error within ±2%) and a voltage and current monitoring function. When the input/output current or voltage exceeds the rated value, monitoring information will be automatically sent. On August 25, 2025, a charging cabinet fire occurred in Jieyang, Guangdong due to spontaneous combustion of lithium batteries during charging. No casualties were caused, but it highlighted the importance of safety design.

It has built-in high-precision sensors and intelligent control systems that can monitor key parameters such as battery current, voltage, and temperature in real time.
