Materials And Workmanship
PE Heat Shrink Tube Insulated Busbar uses radiation cross-linked polyolefin material and is cross-linked by high-energy electron beam bombardment to form a network structure with elastic memory effect. This material is in a glassy state at room temperature, becomes highly elastic when heated, and returns to the glassy state after cooling, thereby achieving the shrinkage function.

 

Technical Parameters
Shrink ratio: usually 2:1, some Heat Shrink Tube Polyolefin Busbar can reach 2.5:1.
Shrinkage temperature: The initial shrinkage temperature is 70℃~80℃, and the complete shrinkage temperature is 120℃.
Operating temperature range: -55℃~125℃.

Mechanical properties: The tensile strength of Heat Shrink Tubing BusBar is ≥8MPa, and the elongation at break is ≥300%.
Flame retardant performance: Heat Shrink Tubing BusBar complies with UL 224 standard, oxygen index ≥ 27.
