PRODUCT PROCESS

  2. Stamping operation: The pre-treated blank is fed into the stamping machine through the precise matching of the die to complete the complex forming process such as stretching, bending, punching, etc., to create the preliminary shape of the battery shell.
  3. Continuous operation: The automatic feeding mechanism is used to realize the constant supply of blanks and the continuous output of stamping parts, thereby improving production efficiency.
  4. Deburring: The burrs and flashes on the edges of stamping parts are removed employing a vibration deburring machine or manual grinding, etc., to improve the appearance and quality of the product,
  5. Cleaning and drying: The stamping parts are cleaned again to remove the surface residues, and then dried to prevent rust
  6. Quality inspection: The accuracy and performance of the battery shell are tested using precision equipment.
  7. Packaging and transportation: Shockproof, moisture-proof, and corrosion-resistant packaging materials such as foam boxes and anti-static bags are selected. The finished products after packaging are sent to the warehouse for storage and delivery when the order is issued.
