Raw Material Pretreatment
High-purity electrolytic copper substrate is cleaned, dried, and straightened to remove surface impurities and correct deformation. Sampling and testing are performed after pretreatment to ensure the substrate performance meets standards, laying the foundation for subsequent Power BusBar processing.

CNC Cutting
Based on customer drawings, the substrate is precisely cut using a fully automatic CNC cutting machine. Cutting errors are controlled, and the cut edges are ground to remove burrs, ensuring a smooth cut suitable for subsequent bending processes for Electrical Copper BusBar.

Precision Bending
A CNC bending machine is used to progressively bend the cut substrate according to preset parameters. Accuracy is monitored in real time to prevent cracks and stress concentration, ensuring the bending angle and dimensions meet standards.

Surface Treatment
According to customer requirements, the bent BusBar Copper undergo tin plating, silver plating, or passivation treatment. Strict control of process parameters ensures a uniform, dense, and highly adhesive surface coating, improving corrosion resistance.

Finished Product Inspection
All surface-treated BusBar Voltage undergo full inspection, covering items such as bending accuracy, dimensions, electrical conductivity, and mechanical properties. Unqualified products are reworked or scrapped to ensure stable product quality.

Materials Principles
Substrate performance
High-purity electrolytic copper is the core substrate of the BusBar Electric. Its atomic structure determines its superior performance: the high mobility of the outer free electrons ensures efficient electrical and thermal conductivity, reducing power transmission losses; the face-centered cubic crystal structure provides good ductility, allowing the product to be precisely bent and shaped without easily cracking or deforming.
Purity Control
The impurity content of the BusBar for Siemens substrate is strictly controlled below 0.05%. Impurities can damage the copper crystal structure, reduce conductivity, increase resistance loss, and weaken ductility, making the product prone to cracking when bent. High purity control is crucial to ensuring the core performance of the product.
Surface Treatment Protection
The Tinned Copper BusBar surface is tin-plated, silver-plated, or passivated. The core purpose is to form a dense protective layer: isolating the substrate from corrosive media such as air and moisture, preventing oxidation and corrosion, while also optimizing conductivity stability, adapting to different operating conditions, further extending the product's service life, and ensuring reliable operation.

Processing and customization process
The customer provides drawings in PDF/CAD/3D formats for bending copper busbar.
Our company conducts a process and price assessment.
Once the price is approved, the customer places a sample order and prepays 50% of the mold fee.
Mold production begins, and 1-20 free samples are sent to the customer for testing.
After the Industrial BusBar samples pass customer testing, the customer pays the remaining 50% of the mold fee.
The customer places a bulk order and prepays 30% of the payment.
The delivery date is assessed, and production begins. After production, a packing list is provided to the customer, and the remaining 70% of the payment is requested.
Goods are delivered to the customer's designated location for Busbar.
