Product Introduction

Galvanized busbar use high-purity electrolytic copper as the base material. Through standardized tin plating surface treatment process, a uniform and dense tin layer is formed on the surface of the copper base material. It combines the excellent electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity and mechanical properties of copper with the good corrosion resistance and weldability of tin. After precise processing and shaping, it is suitable for high-voltage and high-current power transmission scenarios.
Processing technology
Substrate Pretreatment: High-purity electrolytic copper substrate is cleaned, dried, and straightened to remove surface impurities and correct deformation. Sampling and testing are performed after pretreatment to ensure the substrate performance meets standards, laying the foundation for subsequent Tinned Copper BusBar processing.
Precision Cutting: Based on customer drawings and project requirements, the pretreated substrate is precisely cut using fully automated CNC equipment. Cutting errors are strictly controlled to ensure Busbar Coating dimensions are suitable for subsequent processing and installation.
Stamping: The cut substrate is CNC stamped to form a suitable shape and installation points according to Tin Plated Copper Busbar design specifications, ensuring product forming accuracy and compatibility with fixtures and engineering installation.
Tin Plating: A standardized tin plating process is used to tin-plat the surface of the formed substrate. The thickness and uniformity of the tin layer are strictly controlled to ensure a dense, strong adhesion tin layer, improving the product's corrosion resistance and solderability.
Fixture Assembly: Precisely assemble the American PEM stainless steel nuts, studs, and other assembly fixtures with the tinned copper busbars, checking compatibility to ensure secure installation and good contact, allowing direct connection to the project site.
Finished Product Inspection: Conduct a full inspection of the assembled Tin Coated Copper BusBar, covering resistance, dimensions, solder layer quality, fixture compatibility, etc. Defective products are reworked or scrapped to ensure stable product quality and compliance with specifications.
