Base Material Purification Process

Smelting and Forming Process

The purified copper is placed in a professional smelting furnace, where the smelting temperature is precisely controlled. Subsequently, a continuous casting + extrusion forming process cools and extrudes the molten copper into regular copper billets, ensuring precise cross-sectional dimensions and eliminating porosity and cracks.

For special applications, tin plating or silver plating can be added to broaden the product's compatibility.
