Customization process
01/

Requirement Submission and Drawing Integration: Clients provide drawings and technical requirements in PDF/CAD/3D formats. We simultaneously integrate these requirements, accurately capturing Busbar Connectors customization details and laying the foundation for subsequent solution planning.

Solution Evaluation and Quotation Confirmation: Combining industry experience, we complete the feasibility and price assessment of the BusBar in Substation customization process, outputting a suitable product customization solution. After confirmation, we proceed with the next steps.

Mold Production and Sample Delivery: After the client prepays 50% of the mold fee, we initiate mold production. Upon completion, we provide 1-20 3 phase busbar samples free of charge for client testing and verification.

Sample Acceptance and Final Payment: After the client completes BusBar sample testing and confirms its compliance, they pay the remaining 50% of the mold fee. Both parties then finalize details regarding mass production.

05/

Mass Production and Quality Control: After the client places a bulk order and prepays 30%, we assess the delivery date and initiate production. Standardized control is implemented throughout the process to ensure Distribution BusBar quality meets standards.

06/

Payment and Delivery: After the product is manufactured, we will provide a packing list. The customer will pay the remaining balance, and the BusBar for Weidmuller will then be delivered to the designated address along with after-sales technical support.
