Product Introduction

As new energy vehicle electric drive systems, energy storage converters (PCS), industrial servo drives and high-performance computing power modules evolve towards miniaturization and high integration, traditional cable bundles and discrete copper bars are no longer able to meet space constraints and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) requirements. PCB Bus Bars achieve planar reconstruction of the power path by embedding a thick copper layer or a special stacking design of the surface layer inside the multi-layer PCB.

Inter-layer integrated design
Using a multi-layer lamination structure, the positive and negative electrodes, phase lines and ground layers are integrated into a single BusBar for Siemens component, eliminating the external wiring node.
Embedded power channel
Supports inner thick copper (up to 20oz or more) to achieve a planar conductive path with low impedance and high current carrying capacity for BusBar in Substation.
Optional rigid-flexible combination
According to system layout requirements, an integrated molding solution for the rigid area (fixed installation) and flexible area (dynamic connection) can be provided.
Common board integration of power and signal
High-current power layer and a low-voltage control signal layer can be laid out simultaneously on the same substrate, reducing system-level interconnection complexity for Industrial BusBar.
Built-in filtering and shielding structure
Optimize electromagnetic interference (EMI) performance in high-frequency switching environments through ground layer segmentation, copper slotting and distributed capacitor design.
Thermal-electrical collaborative design
Combining copper sheet distribution and thermal via (Thermal Vias) layout to achieve directional conduction of power loss and optimization of heat dissipation paths for Tinned Copper BusBar.
