Automotive Ground Bus Bar is made of T2 copper by process of stamping, bending, welding, plating.Ground bus bars are widely used as conductive connecting parts in DC link film capacitor, radiator and inverter.Our EV busbars have features:

TOOLING FOR BUSABR
We are experienced in mold design.The tooling material for power busbar is imported tungsten steel. Tungsten steel has excellent properties such as high hardness, wear resistance, strength and toughness, heat resistance and corrosion resistance, especially its high hardness and wear resistance, even at 500℃ is basically unchanged, still has a high hardness at 1000℃.The life of tungsten steel mold is more than ten times or even dozens of times of steel mold.
