Substrate Pretreatment

High-purity copper substrate is cleaned, dried, and straightened to remove oil, impurities, and oxide layers. Deformation is corrected to ensure a flat and uniform substrate, laying the foundation for subsequent busbar for Power Capacitor processing.

Precision Cutting and Forming

Based on design drawings, CNC equipment is used for precise cutting and forming, strictly controlling busbar for Busbar Film Capacitor dimensional tolerances within ±0.1-±0.3mm.

Insulation Layer Coating

High-precision lamination equipment is used to coat the conductive layer with a polyimide film, ensuring the insulation layer is wrinkle-free and intact, achieving reliable electrical isolation.

Multilayer Lamination

The conductive and insulating layers are laminated using a hot-pressing process. Temperature, pressure, and time are controlled to improve the overall structural stability and interlayer adhesion of the Capacitor Busbar.

Finished Product Finishing and Inspection

The busbar edges are finished and deburred. Product performance and dimensions are comprehensively tested. After passing inspection, the product is packaged and stored.

Resistance: At standard ambient temperature (20℃), the resistance per unit length (1 meter) of busbar is typically between 0.001 and 0.01 Ω. The specific value depends on the material, thickness, and cross-sectional area of ​​the conductive layer. This low resistance reduces power loss and improves energy efficiency, making it particularly suitable for high-current transmission environments.

 

Voltage Withstand Capacity: This busbar possesses excellent voltage withstand performance, with a rated withstand voltage range of 500-1500V. This meets the voltage requirements of new energy vehicle batteries, ensuring that the system will not experience electrical breakdown under normal operation and short-term overvoltage conditions, thus guaranteeing the safe and stable operation of the system.

 

Current Carrying Capacity: Taking a copper conductive layer busbar with a cross-sectional area of ​​50 square millimeters as an example, under ambient temperature of 40℃ and good heat dissipation conditions, the continuous current carrying capacity can reach 200-300A. Dimensional accuracy: The dimensional accuracy of the busbar is strictly required, with tolerances controlled between ±0.1 and ±0.3 mm, to ensure precise assembly with film capacitors and other electrical components and avoid poor connection or degraded electrical performance due to dimensional deviations.
