Resistance Value: Under standard conditions at 20℃, the resistance per unit length is 0.01-0.1Ω. Low resistance is achieved through high-purity copper foil and superior diffusion bonding technology, significantly reducing heat loss during power transmission and preventing damage to the Insulated Flexible BusBar and surrounding equipment from localized overheating.

 

Current Carrying Capacity: The current carrying capacity is determined by the cross-sectional area, copper foil thickness, and ambient temperature. Taking a 100mm² cross-sectional area and 0.15mm thickness as an example, the continuous current carrying capacity reaches 300-400A at 40℃. In practical applications, it can be flexibly evaluated according to heat dissipation conditions to ensure BusBar Flexible stable operation.

 

Bending Radius: The minimum bending radius is 3-5 times its total thickness (e.g., 3mm thickness corresponds to a 9-15mm bending radius). Its excellent flexibility allows for flexible wiring in confined spaces such as energy storage cabinets, eliminating the need for additional space and significantly improving installation adaptability.

Processing and customization process

Requirement Submission and Drawing Comparison: The client submits design drawings of the copper foil flexible energy storage battery busbar in PDF/CAD/3D format, clearly defining core requirements such as dimensional tolerances, copper foil parameters, and surface treatment. If a new custom mold is required, the client prepays 50% of the mold fee, and our company immediately initiates mold development and Copper Flexible Busbar sample preparation.

Mold Preparation and Sample Testing & Delivery: After mold production is completed, busbar sample production will commence. 1-20 samples conforming to customized parameters will be provided free of charge. Basic test data on resistance, current carrying capacity, and bending performance will be simultaneously provided and delivered to the customer via express within the agreed timeframe for verification.

Sample Acceptance and Batch Production Start: After the customer completes the sample performance and dimensional verification and confirms its qualification, the remaining 50% of the mold fee will be settled. Subsequently, a batch purchase order will be placed, and a 30% prepayment will be made. Our company will assess the final delivery date based on monthly capacity planning and initiate batch production, updating the Automotive Copper Busbar progress in real time.

Quality Acceptance, Settlement, and Shipment: After batch Flexible BusBar is completed, our company will issue a full batch quality inspection report (including 100% resistance sampling and dimensional re-inspection data) and a detailed packing list. After the customer settles the remaining 70% payment, graded protective packaging and shipment will be completed according to their designated logistics method and address.
