It is formed by integrating multiple layers of high-purity electrolytic copper foil through diffusion welding process, and is equipped with customized copper terminals at both ends to realize flexible conductive connection between different electrical components and modules inside the switchgear.
Production process
Substrate Pretreatment: 99.9% high-purity electrolytic copper foil is selected as the core substrate. It undergoes cleaning, degreasing, and leveling to ensure surface cleanliness and flatness, laying the foundation for subsequent processing.
Precision Cutting: Laser cutting and CNC technology are used to cut the copper foil to the required dimensions, precisely controlling tolerances to meet the layering requirements of the BusBar.
Lamination and Diffusion Soldering: Copper foil is laminated according to the product design, and interlayer metallurgical bonding is achieved through vacuum diffusion soldering to form a continuous flexible conductor. Strict control of welding temperature and pressure ensures BusBar structural stability.
Terminal Processing and Connection: Customized copper terminals are CNC machined and connected to the copper foil body using laser welding/resistance welding to ensure Copper BusBar reliable contact, no incomplete soldering, and continuous conductivity.
Surface Treatment: Tin plating, silver plating, and other electroplating treatments are applied as needed to improve corrosion resistance and service life, meeting the BusBar's adaptability requirements in various scenarios.
Finished product inspection: Resistance testing, current carrying simulation, bonding strength testing, and appearance inspection are carried out on the finished BusBar. After passing the inspection, the products are put into storage, realizing full-process quality control of the products and ensuring the quality of product delivery.
