Manufacturing technology

Substrate Pretreatment: High-purity electrolytic copper foil is cleaned and dried to remove surface oil, impurities, and oxide layers, ensuring a clean and flat surface for subsequent lamination and diffusion soldering for Copper Flexible Busbar.

Copper Foil Lamination: 5-50 layers of copper foil are precisely laminated according to customized requirements. Lamination accuracy is controlled to ensure uniform layer count and no misalignment, guaranteeing the Automotive Copper Busbar's current carrying capacity and flexibility.

Diffusion Soldering: The laminated copper foil is fed into diffusion soldering equipment. High-temperature, high-pressure parameters and welding time are controlled to achieve metallurgical bonding between the copper foils, ensuring tight interlayer bonding and no delamination, guaranteeing Laminated Flexible BusBar structural stability.

Copper Terminal Connection: Customized copper terminals are fixed to both ends of the copper foil using welding or crimping processes. Connection strength is checked to prevent poor contact and ensure smooth current transmission.

Surface Treatment (Optional): For special application scenarios, tin-plating or silver-plating treatments are applied to the copper foil surface to improve Multi Layers Copper Foil Flexible BusBar corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance.

Finished product finishing and inspection: The product undergoes edge finishing to remove burrs and sharp corners, and then a full range of performance and dimensional tests are conducted. Once qualified, the Flexible Copper BusBar is packaged and put into storage.

Processing and customization process

Requirements Input: Customer submits PDF/CAD/3D drawings for  Flexible Insulated Copper BusBar (including dimensional tolerances and electrical parameter requirements).

Process Assessment: The engineering team analyzes the matching of copper foil layers, thickness, and cross-sectional area (based on current carrying capacity and bending radius constraints).

Sample Verification: 1–5 samples are provided free of charge for Silver Plated Copper BusBar (including resistance, current carrying capacity, and bending radius test reports);Sample Delivery Time: 10–20 days (including mold production).

Mass Production: Production begins after customer confirmation of Copper Foil Laminated Busbar Welding samples and a 30% prepayment;Delivery Time: 7–10 days after order confirmation (based on a monthly capacity of 50,000,000 units);A complete packing list and quality inspection report (100% resistance and dimensional sampling inspection) are provided before delivery.

Settlement: Shipment is arranged after the customer pays the remaining 70% payment.
