Production Process
1. Substrate preparation: High purity copper bars (≥ 99.99%) are stamped and formed, and the surface of the Heat shrink sleeves busbar can be silver/tin/nickel (3-12 μ m) plated;
2. Insulation tape winding: PE heat shrink tape is evenly covered by an automatic winding machine, and the tension is controllable;
3. Heat shrink curing: Infrared heating to 120-150 º C, shrinkage rate ≥ 50%, ensuring no bubbles;
4. Cooling and shaping: Quickly cool and fix the insulation layer to maintain dimensional stability.
