1. Raw material preparation: Materials preparation including cutting and cleaning the insulating film, to ensure that the film is uniform and there are no defective products.

 

2. Pre-assemble: Pre-assemble the Teflon sheet, silicone sheet, insulating film, electronic materials, aluminum sheet, copper sheet, etc. in layers.

 

3. Press: Then comes the pressing step, put the pre-assembled semi-finished product into the mold, and heat press it under electric heating at 160ºC, so that the insulating film, silicone sheet and other materials are tightly bonded.

 

4. Preheat: Powder coating insulation busbar needs to be preheated to improve the adhesion effect of epoxy resin powder. Next is the powder spraying and powder dipping treatment, using a powder sprayer to evenly spray epoxy resin powder on the surface of the preheated conductive busbar. After powder spraying, the busbar enters the curing and baking mechanism, and is baked and cured at a temperature of 200-210℃, and the curing time is about 8-13 minutes.

 

5. Manual operation: The conductive insulation coating busbar that has been insulated is removed by the manual unloading unit. This process ensures the insulation performance and mechanical strength of the insulating busbar, which is suitable for various high-voltage electrical connections.
