The conductor is made of high-purity copper, which is stamped and formed into a spatial direction through a specific bending process, and then subjected to PVC immersion treatment to form an insulation coating layer in a specific section.

The PVC dipping insulated busbar retains metal exposed surfaces at both ends as electrical connection ends, and the middle bending area is insulated and mechanically protected by a PVC layer. This composite structure of "rigid conductor+flexible direction+selective insulation" enables it to adapt to electrical connection scenarios with limited installation space and vibration displacement.
