Raw Material Pretreatment and Ceramic Forming

Alumina/silicon nitride ceramic powder is crushed, sieved, and dried (particle size deviation ≤3%). Metallization layer materials such as molybdenum-manganese alloy are smelted and adjusted. Dry pressing or injection molding is used, with precise parameter control to ensure green body quality. Degreasing is performed after molding to prevent sintering cracking.

Ceramic Sintering and Metallization

Ceramic green bodies are sintered at 1600℃-1800℃ (temperature fluctuation ≤5℃), and defects are removed through flaw detection. A metallization layer is coated using Mo-Mn or AMB processes and co-fired at high temperature to ensure adhesion strength. DBC technology can be used to improve conductivity for some products.

Precision Machining and Welding Encapsulation

The ceramic body is precision machined (tolerance ±0.02mm) using CNC and laser cutting. Metal parts are cold-forged/stamped. Laser welding and vacuum welding are used for brazing connections. Airtightness testing (leakage rate ≤1×10⁻⁹Pa·m³/s) is performed to prevent leakage.

Surface treatment and finished product inspection

Electroplating of the metallization layer is performed according to requirements, and the ceramic surface is cleaned; full-item testing is conducted on each batch, and unqualified products are rejected to ensure that the performance meets the standards.
