Precision of internal structure

Industrial CT scans show that the dimensional tolerance of the inner cavity is controlled at ±0.1mm, and the assembly gap of the Ceramic Tube for EV DC Fuse link is uniform. Surface treatment process

Verified by the visual inspection system, the glaze gloss is >90GU and there are no pinholes, bubbles, cracks, or other defects. The laser-engraved model identification and safety warnings are permanently clear and resistant to wiping with organic solvents.

 
 

Interface integrity
