Product Introduction

Compared with traditional AC slow charging piles, this High-power DC charging directly outputs adjustable DC power, bypassing the on-board charger and greatly shortening charging time. The cabinet adopts a modular plug-in frame design, and the power units can be independently replaced to facilitate on-site maintenance and future power upgrades. The protection level of the whole machine reaches IP54 (cabinet) and IK10 (mechanical impact protection), which is suitable for outdoor all-weather operating environments. At the same time, the base structure lowers the center of gravity and enhances wind load and earthquake resistance. It is especially suitable for deployment in highway service areas, bus stations, logistics parks and other places that require high reliability and high frequency of use.

Charging gun socket
Equipped with a dustproof and waterproof charging gun socket protective cover, which automatically springs back to seal when not charging; there is a ring LED indicator light around the socket, which is blue when in standby, green when charging, and red when malfunctioning.
Grounding post
There are two independent M10 galvanized grounding posts on the outside of the cabinet, which are used for system grounding and protective grounding, respectively, meeting the requirements of double grounding specifications for inverter battery box cabinet.
Emergency stop button
Located in the lower right corner of the front of the cabinet, a large red protruding button with a diameter of 40mm, with a guard ring to prevent accidental contact. When pressed, the main relay is cut off and an alarm signal is sent for Stationary Battery Charging Cabinet.
Cooling air outlet
Located at the lower back of the cabinet, the air outlet grille is tilted downward at 30 degrees to prevent rainwater from pouring back; the internal insect-proof net is made of a stainless steel mesh plate, which is removable for cleaning for Battery Charging Cabinet for Backup Power Systems.
