This inner cap with hole is made of H65 brass.This inner end cap is used with outer cap and mainly used for ceramic bolted fuse which applied in fast protection of overload and short circuit in photovoltaic inverter DC side protection,Photovoltaic combiner box system etc.

This inner caps with hole are stamped by continuous die with production efficiency 50-60pcs/min. These inner end caps finally are usually pickling passivation surface treatment or silver-plating ,tin-plating or as customer’s requirement.Silver plating is generally used to enhance the electrical conductivity of caps,improve conductive contact impedance and enhance signal transmission.(Silver has the best properties, oxidizes easily and conducts electricity when oxidized).
